We want you to buy with confidence. This policy covers both standard returns and the liquidation-specific issues (wrong load, shortage, damage). Please read it alongside our Shipping policy.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the merchandise must be in the condition it was received — unused where applicable, with original packaging, manuals and accessories, and suitable for resale or redistribution. Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
- Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
- Original shipping is non-refundable, and for change-of-mind returns the customer is responsible for return freight. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to opened or partially-sold lots.
- Requests made after 30 days may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion, based on condition.
Damaged, wrong or short loads — we cover it
If any of the following apply, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you (replacement, partial refund or full refund at our discretion):
- Freight damage — noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery (see Shipping).
- Wrong load — you received a materially different lot than ordered.
- Manifest shortage over 10% — on a manifested lot, the load is short more than 10% of manifested units or value.
- Misrepresented condition — the lot is materially worse than this listing stated.
As-is nature of liquidation
Liquidation merchandise is sold as-is. Customer-return lots are untested; individual items that do not power on or work are the nature of that product type and are not, on their own, grounds for a return. Estimated retail values are estimates, not guarantees of resale value. Unmanifested and mystery lots are sold blind and strictly as-is.
How to file
- Email our team with your order number — within 5 business days for a damage/shortage/wrong-load claim, or within 30 days for a standard return.
- Include photos and, for shortages, your count against the manifest.
- We respond within 2 business days with return instructions or a resolution. Do not return goods to the manufacturer.
