Payment & order reservation

• We accept payment by bank wire / ACH transfer. Payment instructions are provided with your order.
• An order is reserved for 48 hours pending payment. If cleared payment is not received within 48 hours the lot is released back to inventory.
• Your order is confirmed and scheduled to ship once payment has cleared.

Pricing & estimates

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are the delivered price. Estimated unit counts and estimated retail values shown on listings are good-faith estimates based on manifests or category norms; they are not guarantees and do not constitute a promise of resale value or profit.

As-is sale & title

All merchandise is sold as-is, without warranty except as stated in our Returns & Refunds policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. You are responsible for compliance with any resale, licensing, tax or product-safety requirements that apply to reselling the goods in your jurisdiction.

Reselling & branding

Lots may contain branded merchandise. We are an independent liquidator and are not an authorized dealer of any brand whose goods may appear in a lot. You are responsible for how you represent and resell branded items.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Wholesale Pallet Source operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in that State’s courts.
