Do you really ship free to all 50 states?
Yes. Every pallet and truckload ships free to all 50 states with no order minimum. Alaska and Hawaii are still free but take longer (14–30 days).
How do I pay?
By bank wire or ACH transfer. After checkout you receive our banking details and an order number; your lot is reserved for 48 hours while payment clears. We keep costs low by avoiding card-processing fees.
What condition are the pallets in?
Condition is stated on every listing — customer-return (untested, as-is), overstock or shelf-pull (new). We tell you before you buy, not after.
What is a manifest and do all lots have one?
A manifest is a line-item list of a lot with estimated retail values. Manifested lots let you price before buying; unmanifested and mystery lots are cheaper but sold blind. Each listing states which it is.
Can I return a pallet?
Yes — within 30 days if the goods are in resalable condition (see our Returns & Refunds policy). Change-of-mind returns are at your freight cost with original shipping non-refundable. Damaged, wrong or short loads are covered by us within 5 business days.
Do I need a forklift to receive my order?
A dock or forklift makes receiving a pallet or truckload easiest. If you don’t have one, add liftgate service at checkout. Small-parcel lots ship by courier and need no equipment.
How long until my order arrives?
Parcel lots typically arrive in 1–5 business days; pallets and truckloads in 5–10 business days after the load is booked. Tracking is provided.
Do I need a resale certificate?
You don’t need one to buy from us. Depending on your state you may need a sales-tax permit or resale certificate to resell — check your local requirements.
