This page explains how to pay for your order at Wholesale Pallet Source, how each method works, and how we keep your payment secure. Choose your preferred method at checkout.
How to pay
- Bank wire / ACH transfer. Choose Wire Transfer at checkout and you will receive our banking details and your order number. Wire/ACH is usually the most cost-effective method on high-value truckloads.
- Credit / debit card. Choose Credit / Debit Card at checkout and we will email you a secure payment link to complete your card payment. We never store your card details on this website.
- Zelle, Apple Pay & Cash App. Also accepted for smaller lots and added convenience — just ask and we will send the correct payment handle with your order.
Order reservation & clearing
When you place an order, your lot is reserved for 48 hours while payment is confirmed. Your order is scheduled to ship once cleared payment is received; if payment does not clear within 48 hours the reservation is released. Wire and ACH transfers typically clear within 1–2 business days.
Which method should I use?
For high-value truckloads, bank wire or ACH is usually the most cost-effective. For smaller lots or added convenience, the secure card link, Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash App are quick and easy. Both routes are legitimate and secure.
Payment security
We do not store card numbers on this website — card payments are completed through a secure external payment link. We will never ask for your full card number, PIN or online-banking password by email or phone. If anything about a payment request looks off, stop and contact us directly using the details below.
Pricing, currency & tax
All prices are shown in US dollars and are the delivered price (freight included). Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout where required. Estimated retail values, where provided, are good-faith estimates and not guarantees.
