Every pallet and truckload on Wholesale Pallet Source ships free to all 50 states — there is no order minimum and no separate freight charge at checkout. The delivered price is the price you pay.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 48 hours of cleared payment, with same-day handoff to the carrier when feasible. Because we ship by bank wire / ACH, your lot is reserved for 48 hours while payment clears; we book freight as soon as it does.
Carriers & packaging
Depending on size and destination, orders ship via trusted freight carriers (LTL) or parcel couriers such as FedEx, UPS and USPS. Merchandise is shipped in cases, bins, gaylords and shrink-wrapped pallets. Tracking is provided once your order is booked.
Delivery timeframes
- Parcel / small-lot (couriers): typically 1–5 business days within the continental U.S.
- Pallets & truckloads (LTL / freight): typically 5–10 business days within the lower 48 after the load is booked.
- Alaska & Hawaii: still free, but allow 14–30 days.
These are typical windows, not guarantees — carrier schedules, weather and load size affect transit time.
Curbside delivery & liftgate
Freight is delivered curbside. A loading dock or forklift makes receiving easiest; if you don’t have one, add liftgate service at checkout and our team will coordinate a delivery window. Residential and limited-access deliveries may require an appointment.
Inspect before you sign
When your freight arrives you’ll sign a Bill of Lading (BOL). Before signing, count the pallets and check for visible damage, and note any damage or shortage on the BOL before the driver leaves. Photograph anything questionable. A signed-clean BOL means the load was accepted as delivered. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how claims work.
