These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Wholesale Pallet Source (“we,” “us,” “our”) and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping, Refund & Return, Warranty, Payment and Privacy policies.
Who we are
Wholesale Pallet Source is the trading name of Wholesale Pallet Source LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and is a U.S.-based wholesaler of liquidation merchandise — customer returns, overstock and shelf-pulls — sold by the pallet and the full truckload to resellers and businesses nationwide. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to buy from us. Our lots are intended for resale and business use; by ordering you confirm you are buying for those purposes and will comply with all applicable laws when reselling.
Pricing & estimates
Prices are in US dollars and include free freight to all 50 states. We work to keep pricing and availability accurate, but listings may occasionally contain an error; if an item’s price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Where an estimated unit count or estimated retail value is provided on a listing, it is a good-faith estimate based on a manifest or category norms — it is not a guarantee of contents or resale value.
Payment & order reservation
We accept payment by bank wire / ACH transfer or credit/debit card (completed through a secure payment link). Zelle, Apple Pay and Cash App are also accepted for smaller lots. An order is reserved for 48 hours pending payment; if cleared payment is not received within 48 hours the lot is released. Your order is confirmed and scheduled to ship once payment has cleared.
Order acceptance & cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, to limit quantities, or to cancel an order (with a full refund) if a lot sells out, a pricing error is found, or payment cannot be verified. Once a load has shipped it cannot be cancelled; the Refund & Return policy then applies.
Shipping, title & risk of loss
Freight is arranged by us and delivered curbside; see the Shipping policy for timeframes, liftgate and inspection requirements. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. Your obligation to inspect and note damage or shortage on the Bill of Lading at delivery is a condition of any freight claim.
As-is sale & warranty
All merchandise is sold as-is, without warranty except as expressly stated in our Warranty and Refund & Return policies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Reselling & branding
We are an independent liquidator and are not an authorized dealer, agent or representative of any brand whose products may appear in a lot. Brand names are used only to describe contents. Any warranty or promise you extend to your own customers when you resell is your responsibility and is not backed by us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits, lost resale value, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or resale of liquidation merchandise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, where Wholesale Pallet Source LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
