Yes. Every pallet and truckload ships free to all 50 states with no order minimum. Alaska and Hawaii are still free but take longer (3–5 business days).

By bank wire, ACH transfer, or credit/debit card. For wire/ACH you receive our banking details after checkout; for card you receive a secure payment link. Your lot is reserved for 48 hours while payment clears. Wire/ACH is usually most cost-effective on large truckloads.

Condition is stated on every listing — customer-return (untested, as-is), overstock or shelf-pull (new). We tell you before you buy, not after.

A manifest is a line-item list of a lot with estimated retail values. Manifested lots let you price before buying; unmanifested and mystery lots are cheaper but sold blind. Each listing states which it is.

We accept returns for defective, damaged, incorrect or misrepresented lots only — not for change of mind. If a load arrives damaged (noted on the Bill of Lading), is the wrong lot, is short more than 10% of a manifest, or is materially worse than described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we cover it at no cost to you — by exchange, replacement or refund. A dock or forklift makes receiving a pallet or truckload easiest. If you don’t have one, add liftgate service at checkout. Small-parcel lots ship by courier and need no equipment.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery is usually 1–3 business days for parcels, 2–5 for pallets and truckloads, and 3–7 for Alaska & Hawaii. Tracking is provided.

You don’t need one to buy from us. Depending on your state you may need a sales-tax permit or resale certificate to resell — check your local requirements.
